Anthem Blue Cross PPo, any experience with this insurance?

I have done everything, now I am just waiting on my insurance. I have Anthem Blue Cross, PPO. Has anyone else had their surgery using this insurance? Did they seem to be quick/slow at approving? Were they pretty strict/easy? I would appreciate any feedback. I am anxious and excited and the fear of being denied keeps lingering in the back of my mind.

    I had Anthem Blue Cross at the time of my surgery. I was approved 2 days after submission. I did not have a waiting period and had surgery about 3 months after my intro seminar
