I'm doing pretty good. Just focusing on getting in my liquids. He pulled my stomach through my belly button so that it really sore. What about you guys?

ouch, that sounds...fun. lol

Sleeved on the 18th Dec. feeling really good but am so confused about how much I should be eating. Anyone else having trouble figuring this out?

So for the sleeve I think we are supposed to be at 4 oz a meal by now. My tummy tells me I'm finished eating at 2 oz of food a meal. Lol

I guess I'm more concerned with how many calories, carbs, protien that kind of thing. I've heard some people that do 6 small meals, some people that do 3 meals with Snacks, 3 meals only (no snacks). What is your daily intake like?

That is what I'm trying to stick to. Some days I can eat more, some days less. I'm very happy with my weight loss so I guess I'm doing ok.
