Well I realize I haven't been making the best food selections and I've been at a stand sill on the scale. Luckily no wt gain but I feel I should've loss something this week. Realizing all the following I'm going to do two to three days on my phase 1, maybe I can jump start my wt loss and get the scale back to moving, what yal think?

I feel the same way..but I think its due to my lack of Protein because I'm sort of struggling to find the right one. So the scale is at a freeze..which is scaring me..because I feel like I'm not meeting the requirements ????.

@Fiqha87, I believe I've been having too many NO NO's this past week(carbs,sugars) I eat my share of protein but also it is said you get a a two week stall.
