I was never given a number on calories (just fluids and protein), but it looks like I was averaging 500-600 then

I am 7 weeks out. My NUT wants me at 800 - 1000 calories. I can get in 800 on some days, but 600 is much easier. I try to add some veggies and a serving of fruit after my protein and that helps a little.

I'm eating 800-1000 at six months out - although I'm usually at the higher end of that range. I think 800 would have been a challenge for me at seven weeks out.

I am ten weeks out and do good to hit 650 calories in a day. And that is with hitting typically 70 grams of protein a day.

I am 3 weeks out and I feel like I can eat alot . For example today . This morning I had my protien shake , then a while after Greek yogurt , then half a avocado , and then a whole piece if string cheese . Been drinking my water all day also . I feel like I'm eating to much. Anyone going through this ? Let me add that I also had some tofu and blended beans . I'm really getting worried that maybe something is wrong or I stretched my pouch.
