August sleevers - check in

August sleevers - How are you doing? It's been insane how the weight has come off and how my health is recovering. I'm down just over 60 lbs.

I just bought a size large dress today and a pair of size 10 Levis today. It's really fun shopping but a bit overwhelming at times since there are so many choices.

My surgery was 8/3. I am down 57lbs, including pre-op. I am so grateful for the sleeve, and how it stops me from overeating. It's not so much the food choices, but when full I just would not stop, especially dinner, until I was so stuffed I felt sick. Now if I just take one bite too many, wow do I feel it. I train 3 times a week and try to ride my bike, walk in pool, have 2 bad knees. I am scheduled for total knee replacement 12/22, a little worried how it might affect this whole process, mostly since I will not be able to train, or ride bike for a while, but cannot take the pain any longer. 6 weeks later I am supposed to have the other knee done. Part of why I had the sleeve was to get the knees taken care of. Hope more August sleevers check in. Thanks for asking
