Vegetables?

When did people start venturing out and eating broccoli cauliflower asparagus spinach and Brussels sprouts? I miss my veggies those are my favorites but I know the fibrous vegetables.

@@Djmohr - didn't think you were wrong...just figured your doctor/nut told you a different plan. I LOVE veggies and would prefer your ratio, than the one we share :o

I ate all vegetables in the soft stage. just used my emulsifier until the lumps were gone. texture gone but the taste was still there.
