Went to get breakfast had a mushroom and cheese omelet and baked beans a bite or two of the beans also another success!! Yum. Mushroom omelet sounds wonderful. So does the fish. I'm just a week away from being able to try those.

I'm two weeks pre-surgery. When you talk about making an omelette, a few weeks into normal food, do you just use one egg? Or do you make a "normal" size one and eat it for three days? Or ????

I used two eggs, but just had cheese with the egg. Lasted 3 meals. Next week I start adding more veggies. Just wanted to see how I did with egg first.
