Eat more calories!

  • Popular Post

Sleeved 10/12 - saw my NUT today for my one month appt. We went through what I have been eating (or not eating) and she said I need to double my calorie intake! I've been getting about 400 calories and she wants me closer to 800. That seems like an insurmountable hurdle to me - lol!

Who would have thought I would ever hear that I need to eat more! Love my sleeve, losing slowly but steadily. Best decision I ever made.

I'm with you guys ... seems like being told to eat more is contradictory ... based on what we went through to eat less!

I'm 4 months out and I still drink 2 shakes a day ... and eat very little ... most of that is because I'm scared to ...

Seems like such a mind trick to eat more to lose more ...

Something I still have to wrap my head around ...

Crazy how things like that actually make sense ... but it's still hard to understand !

I am 3 months post op and still do 2 Protein Shakes per day. I just can't get my required Protein any other way at this point. I can eat very little.
