Why are people so mean to you after WLS?

Yup.

She's got some kinda issues bouncing around in her head.....Her lack of progress compared to yours.

I imagine it's a sore subject with her and probably will remain so until she gets things sorted and on track.

Let me get this right. You messaged a friend this morning, you think she read it, and she hasn't responded? Now you have created a drama about what she thinks, means, etc.

I think you are getting ahead of yourself.

I can think of many reasons why she may have not responded. Why read so much into a lack of immediate response. Maybe she is busy. Maybe she has other issues going on right now. Why assume it's all about you?

I find it helps my peace of mind to assume the best until I have evidence otherwise.

Why not just pick up the phone and call of this is bothering you so much?

I don't know if she didn't respond because she is having an issue with you and your weight loss but IF that is the case, you've probably heard it a thousand times before...relationships with others can and will change after WLS...whether it's for the better or worse....
