So I'm very confused I am six months in and of lost 108 pounds which is great. But the last six weeks weight-loss is been very slow. I know that I am certainly eating more than I was before but I am also working out and burning more calories. I don't take in more than 1000 cal in a day. And I'm eating very healthy. No fried food no bread no pasta no rice. On the average day I burn between 11 and 1500 cal and exercise. How could be that I'm not still losing weight. Am I not taking enough calories in and starting my body. Any help would be appreciated
