Talk to your doctor. It depends on your healing and your doctor's protocol. I was active at the gym pre-op . I returned week 3 with no restrictions.

I was permitted to return at my 2 week checkup. You have to listen to your body of course. Ask your doctor if it's ok.

He's the ONLY one who knows exactly what you went thru...

Having said all that, I was back at the gym after two weeks, but with NO WEIGHTS...
