Greek yogurt:( yuck !

I am not a fan of yogurt but my NUT say it's very important to eat for protein. I break down and buy some and use no calorie sweeter just as recommended.... Seriously wanted to vomit!! I need help with this... Any suggestions? I plan on trying a bite a day so that I can get used to it.

It takes me an hour to eat a greek yogurt, and I'm pre-op. I just dip my spoon in it and lick it off. I'm slowly training my buds to like it. Something about the texture I just don't care for.

I have to agree you. There's just something about the texture.. gritty maybe? I can totally live without yogurt but, I tried yet another kind today and it was really good. Try the Yoplait 100 greek yogurt. It was crazy creamy. Creamy enough to make me actually want go and buy more for tomorrow!

Thanks for that. I'll have to try it as well then. I bought some two weeks ago and I still have 3 of the 4.

I got used to it by adding a bit of SF Torani syrup to cut the tanginess. Now, I'm in love!
