Hi all, I am in Clackamas, OR and had my surgery on 6/26/07 w/ Dr. Neil in Olympia, WA. I was wondering if anyone knows of or would be interested in putting together a local group to get together for moral support, ideas, whatever? I have heard that people who are part of a support group have the greatest chance of sucess! My friend Joanna and I are both being banded on Aug. 6 and we'd love to get involved with a support group! I was thinking about this today because I cheated all weekend long after doing really well on my pre-op diet. Grr! I'm so frustrated with myself right now.
