Who had to fly a few days after surgery?

Hi everyone. I'm living in N. Ireland and flying to Manchester to have surgery with Dr. Basil Ammori at BMI Alexander Hospital. I'm wondering who has flown 4 or 5 days after sleeve surgery? I had a Gastric Band (removed in 2012) and I remember the car ride home! Thanks in advance!

I flew to Mexico on Friday, had surgery same day, then flew home Monday morning. It was no problem at all other than being a little sore. Pack light if you will be taking care of your own luggage.

Hello, I am flying to Mexico in December. Will be there 6 days before flying back to Virginia. I was lapbanded there and I was fine flying back home. Praying the revision to sleeve works out in my favor. Good luck. Keep in touch on journey if you like.
