Attention Southern California (OC) Banders!

I'm a personal trainer and a lap band patient. I got the band in 2010 and have lost 200lbs. I am looking for people i can support and work with. I did not have anyone who worked out with me, i had to learn on my own. I dont want that "alone" feeling stopping any one from working out. Im here!! Please reply if you need any support, or tips or schedule a free session. This is not about money, i have a career. Personal training is helping me continue my journey as i help you!

Hi there... Am I to late? Lol... How's it going there in OC? I am in Copenhagen, Denmark. I work out with Krav Maga, TRX and Boxing four times a week. And I ride about 15 km per day. I struggle to eat properly though and to get adequate nutrition.. Had some hair loss which scared the crap out of me so I am really focused on Vitamin... I take a daily berocca and give myself a monthly vitamin B shot. Losing weight pretty well ... Getting stronger every day... But I would love to do a catch up with a PT who actually has a lap band. So much to share and ask advice on

What do you say?
