Hi there... Am I to late? Lol... How's it going there in OC? I am in Copenhagen, Denmark. I work out with Krav Maga, TRX and Boxing four times a week. And I ride about 15 km per day. I struggle to eat properly though and to get adequate nutrition.. Had some hair loss which scared the crap out of me so I am really focused on Vitamin... I take a daily berocca and give myself a monthly vitamin B shot. Losing weight pretty well ... Getting stronger every day... But I would love to do a catch up with a PT who actually has a lap band.
