  5. start trying some different Soups, may nit be what you want to hear but... some things that my dic has o.k.ed that seem to really help me are creamy potatoe soup seasoned well. make mashed potatoes and thin it out with milk or broth until it is a soup... makes you feel like your eating something good! refried bean soup.... thin them out with broth add some taco sauce, yum! just start thinking out side the box on what types of soup you can blend and strain that will do well. the more different flavors i can add the better i do and the more satisfied i feel! you can do it!!! 7. i do these thing to help. order and appetizer as your meal when there is a good choice on thr menu. split a large entree with my husband or kids.... they eat more so when i say split i mean i take a tiny little bit for me and thry eat the rest. order al a cart, some places you can get just the protien portion or just a side item or combine a couple of those. order soup- last resort if there is nothing that i feel like i can eat or should eat Sent from my SM-S820L using the BariatricPal App

  18. Hey all! i am looking for friends kn my fitness pal. was originally banded 4 years ago and had some success starting weight of about 270 got down to 180 had a family tragedy that sent me into a deep depression and i thought, im gonna take it easy on myself and not get a fill. wait a month or so then get back on track.... well here we are 2 and a half years later. had at one point gained about 40 lbs and have lost about 20 of that. now i had started having problems, pain, gerd.. went to the doctor and discovered a pretty severe slip the doc tried to take Fluid out and it would not come out so he had to re-operate to reposition the band. that surgery did not go well and i am still recovering. BUT when i get recovered i want to restart this weight loss and lose these last 50 lbs! i would love some friends here and on my fitness pal to help keep me on track!!!
