eating raw vegies like salad after surgery?

I was wondering how long it is going to be before I can eat salad again?

I am 3 weeks post op and I am really missing my salad. I know it is going to be awhile but I was wondering how long? I get my first fill next week and I am so ready, starting to get really hungery.:hungry:

Once you move to solids salad will be okay. I can eat salad just fine. You probably will be okay. You also want to make sure you eat solid protein with it because that will keep you fuller longer.

I have trouble with most lettuce except iceberg - which of course is the least nutritious! I can eat small bites of crunch veggies fine.
