@mavsfan3521 You are so welcome. I am in Washington, DC.

60 pounds gone, is 60 pounds further away from where you once were an that counts for something! Do not let yourself give up. Maybe there are some changes you need to make? increase, or decrease exercise for awhile? Increase Protein? Maybe switch up calorie intake. More or less calories. From what I've heard, when you constantly change you're calories it helps to confuse your metabolism and helps lose weight. Maybe even try speaking with you're surgeon/doctor and the people that worked with you along the way. I haven't had surgery yet. But I know that if in a year from now I'm not where I want to be. I'd hope I'd try my hardest to continue on my way so that someone in my place could see that no matter where you are on your journey, its possible! And I know it is. It IS possible. Do not allow this to get the best of you, but rather push you to exactly where you want to be. You've already made it this far, do not let that be for nothing. Otherwise you will be back to the person you were a year ago, and thats much further away from the person you want to be compared to the person you are right now.

Hope you feel better! and we help to lift your spirit some because we know that you can do it. We want you to believe that to!
