Homemade spaghetti sauce

Ok y'all I found a frozen container of some amazing homemade spaghetti sauce in my other freezer. Now that I don't like to eat pasta due to my new life with my RNY. What suggestion do you all have that I can make with my sauce?? Thanks for your comments and suggestions in advance.

Does it have meat in it? If not, I eat meatballls in sauce and add some ricotta and mozzerella cheese.

Some people love making noodles from butternut squash or zucchini.

I actually use it all the time with onions, green pepper, mushrooms and chicken breast. It is my version of chicken cacciatore and it is absolutely delicious.

I also make meatballs cover them in sauce top with fresh mozerella and parm and bake it in the oven.

I also make lasagna using strips of zucchini for the noodles. Add your cheeses and bake in the oven. I do add ground sirloin to beef up the Protein count.

You can also make eggplant parmesean with it. I use almond flour for the breading on the eggplant. Yum!

Throw it over some boneless chicken in the crock pot with black beans, red bell pepper, celery, onion, mushrooms and more tomatoes. You might need to add some seasoning but yummm!

We actually made sauce this weekend and I had it with spaghetti squash. The other suggestions sound yummy as well!

I’ve used shirataki noodles, no carbs or calories
