Vitamin B12?

I was told to just take the liquid vitamin and the sublingual vitamin B12 until my post op appointment. They said I should check into the brand names before I buy the B12 to make sure they've been tested and used for bariatric patients. So I was wondering has anyone done this? What brands of sublingual B12 do you use?

I used Nature's Made.

ETA: correction my B12 was by Nature's Bounty. It worked really really well for me. I no longer need to take it at all.

@@BLERDgirl - by chance do you use the D3 by Natures made? I am pre op and I am looking into the chewable for just after surgery.

@@jacks89 - Both my daughter and I take the B12 sublingual cherry flavor and it is not bad at all.

I use Nature's Bounty D3. I usually buy them when they are having a BOGO sale.

I take both B12 and D3 available at the Vitamin Shoppe in chewable tablet form. They are really the only kind of chewable vitamins I have ever been able to tolerate, before or after surgery. Sublingual is optional...you can chew them the traditional way if you wish.

I tried Vita4Life, it’s readily available online. Two capsules a day and I had visible results though not a very dramatic one. Serving depends from person to person. It helps in containing all round deficient post surgery.
