Hi, I had my surgery on 9/2 and would love to compare, feel free to message me.

hi well I'm feeling good. I'm eating solids but not really. Lol grill steak n chicken n I end up shredding it n eating just that a few times a day. I still do one shake a day. Propel water and regular water . I been trying to walk more but my left side hurts a lot after words for a few days. Also when I walk or stand for a long period of time maybe 30+ minutes my shoulders start feeling supper heavy and I need to sit down for a while . Lost 24 pounds the first 2 weeks n I can't wait to see how much more next week when I go to the doctors ;)

Hey Vegajackie my surgery was 09/04 also. Did you have gastric bypass? It can take a while to get your strength back when walking take it easy just do what you can for now.
