Full of Anxiety

I have been so pumped and ready for this surgery. The last few days I have had terrible anxiety and my stomach is in knots. My surgery is three weeks away. I think I am nervous about this and it's going to be a long three weeks if I feel like this the whole time. Is this normal?! I do want to be healthier! I don't know why I'm feeling so bad!!

Nervous about surgery? Normal

Anxious to get going? Normal

Take time to make sure you are prepared, get your grocery shopping for post-op done, clean the house, get the laundry done. Make sure everything is done so you can relax and recuperate. Occupy yourself and the time will be here before you know it! Good luck!!
