I was 153.6 yesterday morning. Sadly, I did not hit my goal this challenge.

There will be another challenge, but I need your input! I will be at DISNEY WORLD (!!!!!!!!!!!!) the first full week in December (5-12) and will most likely not be updating the spreadsheet that week. We can do one of two things (or I'm open to other suggestions!).

A) Run two challenges. One staring 11/9 and running through 12/3 and the next starting 12/14 and running through 12/31.

B.) Run one challenge starting 11/9 and ending 12/31 and have a week where the weights are just posted super late.

Let me know what you think!

I didn't make my goal. I'm 215 this morning. I vote for 2 shorter challenges -if k have a vote.

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
