Just waiting the stall to pass....

Ok, I'm going on 2 weeks and my scale is holding steady! I beg and pleaded, even offered new batteries. I have been expecting a stall for a long time, but I had no idea it would be when I hit 95 lbs. I would be much happier with it hitting at 100. So I wait, I'm 4.5 months post op.

Hang in there! It will break! You might want to tighten up your food plan, make sure you're sticking to it as close as possible. Also, make sure you are getting all your fluids in. Has your food plan changed recently? When I was allowed to add fruit back into my diet, I started gaining, then stalled and was ALWAYS hungry. Quit eating it and busted the stall I was in.

Where in Texas are you? I'm in the Waco area and had my surgery at Scott and White Hospital in Temple.

Increase your exercise a bit. See if that helps!
