Bloomer, are you doing okay? It's the next couple days that will be rough. I wasn't a 100 percent on it so it will be okay if you slip up some how.

Tssiemer, idk if I've seen the trailer for the boss. I might of. We watch TV but mainly our daughter does lol.

Day 1 is done. So I'm allowed 5 shakes or 3 shakes and two Soups. I had 2 shakes and 1 Soup. I drank lots of fluids/broth and feel pretty good. Wasn't really hungry throughout the day which was surprising. Hoping tomorrow goes as well.

Bloomer, how ya doing? I had a hard time with 2 n 3 day. Usually the 4th day it gets easier. Tssiemer, hope you had a great night tonight :)

So I got put on some new sleep medicine and I took it last night. Well it screwed me up so bad that I was hallucinating and my husband had to help me to bed. I have felt drugged all day and haven't been feeling the best. I have a bladder infection right now too. But I am off for the next 3 days so I pray I will be normal by tommrow.

@@MollyF22 - doing great! I weighed in this morning: SW 229.8 and CW 225.6

I have been doing well and not having any issues. I have a 6 & 7 year old so sometimes when making their food, the smell gets to me and this is food I wouldn't normally eat. I have plans this week to do some spring cleaning to stay occupied and out of the kitchen. I have meal planned the next two weeks for my family to help me stay in control.

I've already told my husband I'm going to have to lock myself in the bed room and watch Netflix to avoid food and food commercials for those 2 weeks.

Molly I'm sorry you're sick. I understand bladder infections. I have had plenty.

Bloomer that's good your doing great. I definitely give you props. Your a strong women! It's hard having kids too. That's great about losing weight already too :)

Tssiemer, I don't blame you one bit for staying in your room with Netflix lol. It's torture watching food commercials even. It seems they pop up more then ever lol. How did your celebration go by the way?

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
