I use a straw all the time and I don't feel any differance. I can drink alot more water if i use a straw.

I can use a straw. I'm only 8 wks out and so far so good... I've only been using it for two weeks now. I'm still at the stage where I think I'm going to mess things up so bad!! I hope using a staw this early on is okay.
