Calories a day 3 months out

3 months out and just the past couple days it seams I can eat much more. I've gone from 900 to 1000 cals. A day to 1200 to 1300. Is this where I should be. I'm 6'1 252 lbs. Male. Surgery wt was 309 my heaviest 329.

First questions would be are you getting in all of your protein and water each day? How do you feel? What does your nutritionist say? Are you exercising too?

Sounds good to me. At 3 months out I was under 200 pounds and averaging 800 calories and 75 grams of Protein a day.

I ramped up to 1,000 cals / 85 grams of protein a day at Month 5.

I can't tell what's good because I'm not a man. I am almost six months out and I still get under 800 a day. No troubles from that, I get plenty of Protein and fluids and I can run a 10k.
