Sleeved 6-10. Down 40lbs but stalled

post-257260-14385329796501_thumb.jpg

So far this has been awesome. Down 40lbs in 6 weeks but stalled for 1 week. Having difficulty with the protein and water. Wonder if the water is making me stall.... Anyone else?

40 lbs in 6 weeks is a LOT of weight. I had surgery a week before you and am down 26 pounds in 8 weeks (another 12 during pre-op week before). Your body is trying to catch up. Take your measurements. It helps to see your progress. Meanwhile, yes if you are not getting in Protein and Water it can not only hinder your weight loss but more importantly can hinder your health.

I was sleeved the same day and am down 30 as of today from surgery and 85lbs down from feb.i stalled from week 3 till 4 days ago and I think it was partially because of not enough protein and water. Also I called my nutritionist and she said I wasn't eating enough since I was only getting in like 450-500 cal. You are doing awesome...

I'm 3 weeks out and I barely get 600 calores in but I get my protein in first things in mornings the water I been fillin up 32oz w/ crystal light & MiraLax & probiotics and taking omega 3,6,9 in mornings I'm 14lbs lighter I started at 230 then preop diet I was 224 & 221 @ surgery now 214.4

Tomorrow Monday I'm gonna push more protein & ware and power walk THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR POSTING

YALL ARE GREAT
