Just thought I might post a URL to a thread going on at ObesityHelp.com regarding the group calling themselves coordinators for lapband surgery in Mexico. I have no personal experience with them, but I think the thread says alot about the type of service (or not) that they provide. For those researching, I think it would be a good thing to take heed.

i think delarla has hit the nail on the head. A chorus of voices singing negatives will carry a lot further than a solo one singing its praises will.

I suppose you have never been personally attacked in the way I was this past week then. You can all comment all you like although I have been in this business for the past three years, know just about every band Doctor by first name basis, and have asssisted in over 200 band surgery's.

If any of you knew half of what I knew about patients traveling over the border for surgery than no one would go..
