Sandwich Wraps

I am new to this whole thing (1 week out) and I have a question. I know bread is a problem for us, but will I eventually be able to eat a wheat wrap? Thanks for any help you can give me on this!

My nutritionist said to wait 6 months to eat bread

I have made chicken salad with Greek yogurt, apple and celery. I found Joseph’s reduced carb, high protein pita bread at BJs (I think it’s just over $3/20 pcs) and each pita/wrap is only 60 calories. It’s got flax, oat bran and whole wheat flour and tastes good.

Im almost 11 months out and I eat a bread that has chia etc in it in order to get more fiber. It's rather small but since it's rather moist, I really like it. I use it to get more fiber since im still having constipation problems.
