Milk of magnesia

So I was sleeved a week ago and still haven't pooped. My dr tells me to take MOM so I do but I'm not even half way thru the dose before I get this strong ache/cramp in my stomach.... What IS that? It goes away fairly quickly but it freaks me out. Lord, I just wanna pooooooooo! I don't ask for much lol!

Drink some "smooth move" tea. It's all natural and really works. If you let it steep for 20 mins and drink it before you go to bed you should have some relief by morning. It's the only thing that doesn't cramp my stomach.

Thank you! I will try that.

You're not alone!!!

Same thing happened to me. They suggest you take the MOM...

However, little miss " let me show you this sh*t" and I took correctol before I went to bed that night, and I FINALLY did... The dr did say afterwards to hydrate the next day, best you could, because any laxative can dehydrate you. ❤️☀️❤️

Well the eagle landed this morning....though it wasn't pleasant. As my friend told me when I expressed my worry about when it actually does happen, "Just grip the wall and pray" LOL!

Been there. I use prunes.
