Lemon consumption Post-Op

Hi guys!

What does your doctor think about having lemons/lime on your salads, marinade, juice etc 4 months Post-Op?

Also, what reactions did you get from consuming it?

Thanks

I always use lemon juice in my tuna and chicken salad. I'm not quite 2 months post-op. I've experienced no problems here.

0 problems for me. I put lemon in water and tea daily.

Lots of fresh limes, no problem, almost 3 mos. post by-pass

I was using lemons and limes in my Water since the first week post op. I now use them several times a week in my food like shrimp or fish and even Soups.

I have never had a single problem with them.
