Post Your Food Pics Here!

You’re more likely to lose weight and keep it off if you log your food. We’re all pretty familiar with the benefits. But as Melissa McCreery, a psychologist and life coach, described in her article on BariatricPal, logging your food the old-fashioned way can be boring.

She suggests a keeping photographic food diary. It’s easier, more fun, and sometimes more accurate than typing your food and portion sizes into an app. And, it may even work better for weight loss!

So, I invite you to try keeping a photographic food diary on this thread or on your own blog. (You can set one up for free here on BariatricPal if you haven’t already). And when you post, feel free to let everyone know what you’re eating, how you prepared it, and what you love and hate about photo blogging!

Ok I will give someone else a turn! Lol! I could go on forever! I like to post the stuff on FB (I'm one of THOSE people ;)!

If anyone wants to be FB friends to share Inbox me and I'll give you my name. Disclaimer: you can't be creepy! I don't talk about my surgery but I'm not against it if someone were to mention it I don't care! ;)

Ok I lied! A few more...we started going to "pick your own" fruit farms, It's new for me , it was FUN and my kids loved it! It's a fun way to eat healthy and know where your food is coming from! The other picture is from our own garden we grow a lot of vegetables! The last one is 90% lean meatballs with Spagetti squash for noodles and organic marina sauce! Spagetti squash was new to me too and I'm obsessed with it! It's great with olive oil, little butter and pesto!!
