40-45 miles???

hi...I have been mostly a lurker...but have my consultation on Monday.

I will be self payer, since my dang insurance is a no-no.

I have read about 40 miles, sometimes 45 miles, folks using the litlle graph.

Is this a standard exercise most Dr. recommend?

do you start before surgery>>. I Cant find it on any thread.

Thanks, and I look forward to being a 'bandster' very soon.

I think losing is right..I think you are seeing minutes. The tickers are just a motivation and kind of like a "showing off" of what people are doing for themselves as far as exercise. Listen to your doctor, he/she will tell you what you can and can't do. Deanna
