pre -op stage and going on a long road trip. What apps do you like?

I am in the pre op stage. I had a 6 hour bootcamp and was given general guidelines for eating until I official meet with the NUT.

Practice mindful eating,Break the drinking with meals, and you get extra points if you log your food before you see her. Typically you see her one week after bootcamp.. I won't be seeing her until July 20th. I will be traveling July 3rd to 19th. With the 5th to 16th being a road trip from WA to CA and back.

I have used fitday in the past..but won't have my PC that I really need to use that. I am looking for smartphone apps that will sync with an online program. I have used sparkpeople in the past.

I was considering breaking out the bodybug for the trip..but i really don't know if I have room for one more charger lol...

And any strategies you have for attempting to eat clean on the road are appreciated.

I use myfitnesspal. Works on phones and tablets and synchronizes the data.

I also use My Fitness Pal, love that it syncs from phone to laptop and vice versa.

ok found and installed the app..but it won;t let me use my facebook to log in,like I have here..and I don;t waana create a whole new account... anyone know how to do this?

I also use MyFitnessPal... I especially love it because if you are eating out somewhere, you can usually look up the calories for the meal and help you to make informed decisions even while on the road and dining out.
