I have to eat my words......

Several of my friends did/do Weight Watchers. They always dip their salads "into the dressing" on the side. These same people have been dieting since Have met them, 35+ years. Anyway........ I always thought it was so stupid looking, especially when we go out to eat. But guess who does it now??? YEP ME!! Really does save calories, plus I can take the rest home to eat later. Anyone else have to eat their words????

I always thought low carb eating was just another "diet" or trend. But for my body it actually does work. (I probably never tried it before because I just couldn't imagine life without bread, lol).
