Female question! I hope someone can answer!

Ok this is somewhat embarrassing to ask, but what the hell, I'll ask it anyway. After surgery, and losing a large amount of weight, does the labia, or outer part of the genital area, also lose weight? Does it get saggy like the skin on your arms would be? What kind of changes can I expect "down there"? I'm just curious. I hope someone can shine some light on this.

Thanks guys!

Yes it can get saggy. I remember back when the show "Extreme Makeover" was new. There was a woman who had lost a lot of weight and needed an all-over body lift. During the consultation, the surgeon commented on her labia needing a lift as well (which he did).
