Goal question 4 Rockin' Robyn and anyone else...

Hello, I'm new to this board and I've found so much information that I don't think I would have ever learned any where else.

I want to ask you because I'm close to what you use to be before being banded, what is a reasonable goal weight? I would like to be 147 - 157 when I'm done, but I dont know if that is a relistic goal for myself.

I've read so much on here and am very inspired about everyone on this board. You all are so helpfun and wonderful.

Thank you all very much.

Rhonda39 - how tall are you? I am 5'5" and I told my doctor Friday at my follow up appt my goal was 145, he said his goal for me was 155. So your doctor should have a goal for you too.

I'm still pushing for 145 - I have 33 pounds to go to reach it!

Congratulations Sunshine2!!! Thats wonderful!!!

I'm 5'6" and haven't met with my doctor yet. Thats just a goal that I've set for myself. I was just wondering if I was being unrelistic being that I have a long way to go to get there.
