b: venti iced skim chai tea latte

s: 1 mini milky way (the tiny one)

l: (will be) salad with goat cheese, apples, pecans & citrus dressing (i'll pick on this)

d: going to bonefish grill. likely to get (although shouldn't) crab cakes (2--will eat one) and a side of potatoes (will pick)

B-coffee, 2 sausage

L- drumstick and thigh w/ too many potato wedges

D- High school football playoffs (DH's school is in playoffs and so is mine)

Breakfast ~ 1 Egg & 1/4 C Peppers scrambled together and served atop a Wasa Sourdough Crispbread ... yum!

lunch ~ 1.6oz Shredded chicken mixed w/ 1/2 C No Fat Refried Beans & topped w/ 1/8 C Shredded cheese, 1 T Sour Cream & Avocado Salsa

Snack ~ Egg salad on Wasa ... yum!

dinner ~ Michelina's Meatloaf Entree

I have become addicted to Wasa =)

Ok, bloo, where do you find the sourdough wasa? I have only seen multi-grain and plain.

Yesterday

b-sf carnation instant Breakfast

s-1/4 cup pastrami and grilled onions topped with mustard

l-2 pieces fish and zucchini

d-1/4 of mexican pizza (taco bell), it was gross

1 hr at the gym:thumbup:

Ok, bloo, where do you find the sourdough wasa? I have only seen multi-grain and plain.

Found them at Winco ... they have all kinds of flavors, even sesame (which I will try next :smile2:)

Breakfast ~ 3 MorningStar Country Scramble Veggie Bites

lunch ~ Egg salad on Wasa

dinner ~ Cordon Bleu Stuffed chicken Breast

yesterday - *bad day, getting a fill monday* and hitting the gym early this am, to run off some of the calories.

b- egg salad on slice WW toast

s- slice of veggie pizza

l- 1c turkey chili w/cheese

d - *few bites crab dip, 1/4 lobster tail, few bites of fillet, 2 martinis*

s- bag peanut m*ms

L: 1 tortilla wrapped around ground beef deep fried :smile2: with sour cream

d: 1 piece of fried fish :cool2: and 1/2 an asparagus spear

3/4 of a bottle of red wine (was at a party and drank way to much)

paying for it this morning uggghh

chocolate fudge Protein shake

tuna salad 1/3c 2 saltines

1chip and taco dip, gumbo 1/2c, 1 bite orange cranberry bread pudding...

3 cranberry margaritas-- so goood

Saturday~

chocolate fudge Protein Shake

1/2 c gumbo

chips and salsa -good dinner right

Sunday~

chocolate fudge Protein Shake

1/3 c cheerios

1/2 pc fish, 1/2 hushpuppie

big glass of milk

      I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

        That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞

        I may have to have gall bladder surgery during my weight loss surgery. Not thrilled about it either but do not want 2 recovery times. Just want it over with.

        Thanks for your post. I may need to rethink my decision... :(
