band to sleeve; now sleeve to bypass....

I lost a little over 100 pounds with sleeve and have since gained half back. Feeling so many emotions- failure, hope, excitement, fear..... Certainly hoping insurance will cover but won't know until one more step in process is completed. I am worried about ease of transition foods/liquids post surgery, as I really wont have much help with meal prep. and instead will be surrounded by temptations out of my control because of my housemates.

I thought I had said goodbye to the 300's....hope weight loss will be significant post bypass. definitely need to do things differently and have started, like therapy, nutritionist and support groups.

Is there anyone in similar circumstances with WLS surgery progressions? Can you give me some tips, idea of weight loss success? Anything shared is appreciated.

I'm pre op but chose the bypass for fear of what you are going through. Those who have had surgery have been an awesome point of reference and I'm sure will give you plenty of advice. My bypass surgery is Wednesday...I was worried in the beginning but I'm sure it will be fine.

I wish you the best on your journey!
