February 15 RNY Club

Hi all -

Had RNY on 2/23 and would love to check in with others at about the same stage. I am down a total of 66.8lbs and am feeling great! I am not exercising as much as I would like to because I still can't get more than 800-900 calories a day, and found myself stalling when I was exercising on top of chasing my two kids around. I figure my regular life is fairly active plus adding in gardening, intense house cleaning, etc., and walking the dog, I am covering my bases.

Would love to hear where others are with weight loss, calorie intake, carb intake especially, etc.

Hello! I had surgery 2/3/2015. Total I've lost 130# from pre op diet and surgery(80ish from surgery). Down to 190# and it is sloooooow moving now. I get 1000-1200 calories in a day. Exercise varies for me.

Hi feb 23 here. I'm down 50lbs. Almost off my insulin for diabetes and down 2 sizes in clothes.

The weight is not coming off as fast as I would like. I not in the gym like I should be but I am very strict with my diet and Water.

I don't know if it's good to lose slowly? Maybe I won't have as much sagging skin?

I get in about 750 calories, 70-90 grams of Protein, 60-75oz of water. Prob around 20-25 grams of carbs, rarely any sugar.
