There's a new milk in town, and it's packin' more Protein, less sugar, and NO lactose. It's called Fairlife, and so far I've enjoyed it. I don't, nor did I ever, drink a lot of milk, but I like the creamy flavor of this and the additional protein and less sugar makes it do-able from a Bariatrics standpoint (in my personal opinion).
Oddly, I'd normally only drink whole milk, but this has a creamier texture to it and the 2% suits me fine.
The additional protein is not added-in. Apparently the revolutionary part is in their filtration process. Interesting.
Wondering if anyone else has seen it, tried it, etc? What do you think?
