I was told to use monistat at night and was given a rx for Nystatin powder to use during the day. I blow dry the area to make sure it is really dry after bathing. I also shower after my workouts as well. Make sure you tell your doctor and have them keep good documentation of the infections. Your insurance company will be more likely to approve removal of skin if this is done.
Before the surgery I made my own broth and froze it in ice trays. I also made puréed soup and froze that in ice trays as well. I just didn't want to have to worry about recipes or cooking after the surgery. Sugar free Popsicles were my go to as well and still are. Bariatric pal has been my go to for everything. Good luck with your surgery!
Yes!!!
I love Premier protein shakes, ISO 100 protein powder, and offering probiotics such as PB8 would be nice as well. Body products for skin as well as hair products to help with hair loss. Would also like to see some fitness items.
