Revised 4/14...have a heaviness in my belly

I went through band to sleeve revision on Tuesday. Now I have this heavy feeling dead center of my chest. It's not painful, doesn't interfere with breathing...just annoying. Have any of you experienced this?

If I recall correctly, that is gas pressure on the diaphragm. It will dissipate within a few days. I didn't have that with this surgery, but had it horribly bad when I had the lapband surgery. Walk, walk, walk and get that gas to work itself out.

So the heaviness has turned into a sharp pulling pain...pretty sure it isn't gas.

You should call your surgeon. Hope you feel better soon.
