Hi all ???? I'm Jaysen and was curious to see if anyone has a May surgery date? I think it'd be great to have as much support as possible..

I'm really feeling hungry or is it in my head.

I have missed food, and missed eating. Both certainly "Head Hunger" Im not sure that I've felt real hunger.

Yeah I'm sure it's head hunger.

I do miss food. I can't move to soft foods on Tuesday. Hurry up Tuesday. Can't wait to have a yogurt or some cottage cheese. Oh and soft boiled egg.

Me to, and it's in our heads. As long as we are getting our protein in we shouldn't be hungry at all. I'm getting at least 70grams, which is plenty. I keep seeing food that is of normally eaten the hell out of, and have sad feelings, cause I can't eat them ???? but it'll be so worth it, I say to myself lol. Good luck to you.

It was no joke, that egg was like thanksgiving in my mouth lol it was nice to have real food in my mouth again lol

Question! Anybody else get a rash on their abdomen post-op?

If so, what advice did your surgeon give you? It's not like on my ENTIRE abdomen, just a few spots! But it's definitely bothersome ????

Is it a reaction to something? I had a client today that ended up being allergic to something in the glue holding her wounds together. It caused a lot of discomfort and she had to have doctor look at it. They told her to take Benadryl. Definitely have you PCP look at it if it gets worse. Good luck ????

It's your call hun not mine. I'm not a doctor and would hate for you to have a reaction. I'm not sure if that's an NSAID type medicine. Definitely be safe.. ????

It's your call hun not mine. I'm not a doctor and would hate for you to have a reaction. I'm not sure if that's an NSAID type medicine. Definitely be safe.. ????

It's not an NSAID! But I decided to just try and get the rest of the surgical scrub off and leave the area alone for awhile to see if that'll do it!
