New to forum

Hi everyone!

I had surgery in June and am down 45 lbs. I have recently started falling off the wagon so to say and a friend recommended this forum. I recently turned 30 and want to be down 100 lbs by my 1 year anniversary. So far I think my struggles have been minimal except for getting enough water in everyday. Hoping this will help get me back on track!

This board is a great source of information, inspiration, and motivation!

I find the best information here and on the Post Op Questions & Answers forum.

I like reading these posts on here, keeps me on track, well, today was an exception. For easter I had low fat pineapple cheesecake I made...but, I could have a huge bit as my tummys smaller!

I've got 100 lbs to go til my goal though.

You'll hit your goal by your anniversary!
