Insurance question

I have appealed my insurance 3 times and have been denied all 3. My Doc. has done a peer to peer and now it is in the hands of a 3rd party. My question is...If I go ahead with the surgery and self pay and in the end insurance ends up coming through for me. Do I just get reimbursed? Not sure how that works.

    depends on your insurance or your employer. I would ask both . others can probably give you some good advice other then me..:)
