Atix: Hi, I was just wondering why they had to put you in SICU. Are you going to be o.k.? We are all

pulling for you and you will be up and running around before you know it. Keep all of us posted on

your recovery.

There are so many of you getting sleeved at the same time. I am so happy for all of you and my hope and prayer is that you have a speedy recovery and reach your goal quickly.

Gas or pain from operation. Yesterday was a hard day re liquids going to see how I get on today. Need to drink more. Love to hear how all April sleeves are getting on.

Just wondering how everyone is doing and where they are right now after a week of the surgery?

Hi, I was sleeved the 23rd. I went home the next morning and have been ok. I am still taking pain pills and get tired really easy but am walking around. food wise I had like 1 1/2 Protein shakes today and like 3 cups of clear fluids but it takes a long time.

I had a revision from sleeve to MGB the 23rd, I'm still pretty weak from lack of calories and I get a lot of headaches but other than that I feel good ! I even went back to work today.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
