Does anyone have any experience with Super-Food Supplements? Any recommendations?

I have one word for you...GROSS. Nasty. nasty, nasty. Made no difference in my energy levels or anything.

I use a phytonutrient powder, most people don't like the taste... but that not why drink it! The phytonutrient powder has definitely helped me with hyper tendencies & my immune system.

Thanks for the input. The three I have tried have all been not so great tasting, with Miracle Reds being the best of the three. Will have to try the phytonutrient powder to see how that works.

I take Garden of Life's Perfect food every day and have been for over a year. It's a really good source of nutrients and Vitamins and it keeps everything, ahem, regular.

I mix it in my Protein smoothie with yogurt, Protein Powder, flaxseed oil, and berries, which masks the taste. The powder doesn't smell like something I would want to drink alone. They also make it in a capsule form.
